Bring your old pumpkin or moot
Join us at Bertie's Farm for our newest event, The Pumpkin Smash—a chance to bring your old pumpkins to the farm and smash them up! With a variety of smashing options, which one will you choose? Our team will be cooking up a storm, so grab a snack, lunch, or a tea and coffee and enjoy some spooky treats.
With both indoor and outdoor activities, there is plenty of fun for all the family, including:
Choose which way to smash your pumpkin
Climb the straw bale mountain
Plenty of photo opportunities
Pumpkin bowling
And so much more….
A smashingly good time for all the family
Bring your old pumpkins to Bertie’s Farm and choose your pumpkin’s fate. It can be pounded to a pulp with hand tools, rolled into a heap or squashed with a hydraulic press.
Remember to prepare your pumpkins or turnips before their demise. Make sure the pumpkins are clear of candles, stickers, and other decorations. Leave painted pumpkins at home, as they’ll be used for wildlife feed or composted. Let’s work together to properly recycle your old pumpkins or turnips.
Pull on your wellies, dress up one last time in your Halloween best, and get ready for a spooktacular day out! We have perfect photo opportunities for you and your family—totally Instagrammable, so fill your reels and stories with super seasonal shots.
